Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead digital transformation projects, including scoping, implementation, and ROI analysis.
- IT Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Enterprise IT Policy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to design IT policies that create a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Technology Enablement: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- IT Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive multi-year IT blueprint aligned with corporate objectives.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure robust and scalable IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and feedback.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for global operations support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience managing IT in large organizations.
- Expertise in manufacturing industry IT needs and solutions.
- Proven track record in IT project management and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS365, ERP systems, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
