Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead digital transformation projects, including scoping, implementation, and ROI analysis.
  2. IT Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  3. Enterprise IT Policy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to design IT policies that create a secure and efficient IT environment.
  4. Technology Enablement: Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  5. IT Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive multi-year IT blueprint aligned with corporate objectives.
  6. Infrastructure Management: Ensure robust and scalable IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
  8. Team Management: Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and feedback.
  9. Travel: Occasional travel may be required for global operations support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing IT in large organizations.
  • Expertise in manufacturing industry IT needs and solutions.
  • Proven track record in IT project management and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS365, ERP systems, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
